How do I sign in for the first time?

After subscribing on AWS Marketplace, open the fulfillment link, create your portal password, and link your subscription to your login email.

Do I need SFTP for marketplace?

No. Marketplace customers use Config UI in their own AWS account to choose S3 folders, then upload a CSV on Process audiobooks. SFTP is for direct (invited) portal customers only.

Where is my billing?

Successfully processed audiobooks are charged on your AWS account through your Marketplace subscription. This portal does not show invoice amounts — check AWS Billing / Cost Management.

What do I paste on Setup?

ApiGatewayUrl and the download API key secret value from CloudFormation Outputs (DownloadApiKeySecretArn). Config UI uses a different secret (ConfigApiKeySecretArn).

What is Config UI?

A small app deployed in your AWS account (ConfigUIUrl output). Unlock it with the Config API key, add S3 bucket paths, and download vermillio-files.csv for the portal.

My connection test fails

Confirm the stack is CREATE_COMPLETE, the API URL ends with /prod, and you pasted the secret value — not the ARN. Refresh Setup and try again.

CSV & processing

What columns does the CSV need?

ID and Label. ID is the file hash from Config UI. Label is optional display text in results (defaults to the filename).

Does uploading CSV start processing immediately?

Yes. Each row enqueues an audiobook for pipeline processing. Open Pipeline & results and Refresh to see status.

Where do I see failures?

Open Pipeline & results and use the Failed tab, or contact Vermillio support with the audiobook name and error shown in the table.

How long does processing take?

Depends on file size and queue load. Use Refresh on Pipeline & results while jobs are running.
